I'm an African American with a knack and love of languages and Asian culture. I began self-learning Chinese around the age of 16, and been living in China for a few years in total, and also self-learning Korean and Japanese.
My pursuit of excellence in languages and a diverse international background inspired me to begin blogging and sharing my experiences, knowledge, observations, opinions, and conclusions with the online community at large.
I also wish to encourage other Westerners, especially African Americans to make the stride to Asia, I believe it's a truly enchanting place. Overall I would like to bridge cultures together, and combat the misunderstandings we have for one another.
