One of my good friends at Lincoln had the chance to study abroad in Morocco thanks to the Gilman Study abroad scholarship, which I also received for China.
Darius is a junior at The Lincoln University, who loves languages and traveling just as much or maybe more than I do. Darius was one of the 3 people who was with me from the beginning of the Chinese program at Lincoln, and helped me to build it, mold it, and fine tune it, to the place it is currently at.
While being involved heavily with the Chinese program, and studying the language, Darius was also studying Arabic and participating in Muslim activities, both on and off campus. Darius is a perfect example of being a “global citizen” and I am quite lucky to have a friend such as him.
(He will be in China sooner or later)
So without further ado, here is Darius’ video about his life in Morocco, #Generation Study Abroad
